Benoni Reservoir Project – Full External Access for Reservoir Maintenance

Kwena Scaffold successfully delivered a comprehensive scaffolding solution for the Benoni Reservoir, enabling safe and efficient access for critical maintenance and inspection work. The project involved erecting a fully boarded scaffold system tailored to the reservoir’s curved structure, providing secure and stable working platforms at all required heights.

Due to the scale and design of the reservoir, the scaffold was engineered to ensure complete external coverage, allowing multiple teams to work simultaneously without interference. Every section was built with strict adherence to safety regulations, incorporating reinforced boarding and secure tie-in points to maintain structural integrity in varying weather conditions.
