PPC Cement Hercules Project – Full Wraparound Silo Access

Kwena Scaffold was proud to partner with PPC Cement Hercules, a leading name in the cement manufacturing industry, to provide a large-scale scaffolding solution for one of their main production silos. This project involved designing and installing a wraparound scaffold system that reached an impressive 50 meters high and was fully boarded to ensure maximum safety and work efficiency.

The silo’s cylindrical shape required a customised scaffold configuration, expertly engineered to fit seamlessly around the structure while maintaining stability and ease of access for all trades involved. The fully boarded setup provided uninterrupted work surfaces across the entire height of the silo, enabling teams to carry out maintenance and inspection tasks simultaneously at multiple levels.

Working within a live industrial environment, our crew adhered to strict safety protocols, ensuring zero disruptions to PPC Cement’s ongoing operations.
